The Optimal Hospice Foundation is a non-profit organization established to commit its resources to activities which are intended to ensure hospice care and other compassionate programs are available for families facing a life-limiting illness with particular emphasis on the underinsured or uninsured population.
Kids Camp
The loss of a loved one touches each member of the family, including children. To help young people through their bereavement, Optimal Hospice Foundation created Kids Camp. This summer camp program is specially designed for young people ages 8 - 18 that have experienced the loss of an immediate family member during the past year.
Optimal Cares Event
Join us Thursday, May 23rd for our First Optimal Cares Event featuring a MadoroM Vineyard Wine Tasting and Concert by Lisa Lynne & Aryeh Frankfurter. Lisa and Aryeh are highly acclaimed multi-instrumentalist who will provide attendees with an enchanted evening of Celtic harp music and more.
Golf Tournament 2013
The annual Optimal Hospice Foundation - Golf in the Sun and Under the Stars - golf tournament takes place each Fall. This fun event begins with nine holes of golf in the late afternoon, followed by dinner and then culminating with the final nine holes played in the dark with glow-in-the-dark golf balls. This tournament raises money for the Foundation in a very unique and festive atmosphere. So start planning your foursome now and join us this year!
